Privacy Policy

Overview

We are a student-led robotics team, not a big money-grabbing corporation. However, our website still does, in fact, collect user data. Below is the info on what data we collect and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

• Web Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Firebase to count visitor page views and understand basic traffic patterns (e.g., browser type, approximate country location, pages visited). All analytics data is anonymized.
• Local Preferences: We store small pieces of data locally in your browser (localStorage) to save your page settings and cookie consent choice.
• No Data Selling: We do not collect passwords, sell any data, or run third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

Web cookies, also known as HTTP cookies, browser cookies, or cookies, are data created by webpages about each user that is stored either locally or on another computer. Our website uses essential local storage and standard analytics cookies to ensure smooth navigation and site performance. Some user data may be transmitted to third parties including Google to track web traffic. Unless logged into our website (which you shouldn't be), your information is anonymized when stored with third parties.
